New CESR Global Course in Germany
The Center for Education on Social Responsibility (CESR) presents a new course in Germany, May 13-21, 2017, through the School of Business.
The focus of this 2-credit course is “Leadership Challenges: Ethics, Efficiency, Expansion and Social Responsibility in Germany,” with studies centered in Berlin and Dresden.
Experience the efficiency of German engineering with business visits to BMW and Volkswagen. See Germany’s commitment to social responsibility and sustainability through visits to Deutsche Bahn, the Kindle-Schultheiss Berlin Brewery and the Alba recycling plant. Learn valuable ethics lessons through cultural visits to sites explaining the holocaust, the Berlin Wall and Hitler’s unethical power. See how companies can succeed in a global economy by expanding their scope and strategy. Take part in German culture by visiting an urban garden and attending a soccer game or a street art tour.
