Nestled on the corner of ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ’s beautiful campus, Koenig is easy to find and boasts spacious, manicured grounds and views of the Flatirons. The venue is ideal for weddings and rehearsal dinners, graduation ceremonies, retirement parties, retreats, memorial services and many other life celebrations. All ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ Boulder alumni receive a 10% discount on their rental.

Venue Features

  • Private, fenced backyard (2,200 square feet) with Flatirons views, a gazebo and professionally landscaped grounds

  • Wraparound porch with a retractable awning and three-season room

  • Air-conditioned indoor space, including historic living room, dining room and kitchen

  • Two all-season tents

    • White tent: 800 square feet, holds eight 10-person round tables

    • Gray tent: Round tent with lights, perfect for a dance floor

The Koenig Alumni Center is a great option for retreats and business meetings. The venue offers multiple rooms for breakout sessions and small group presentations, as well as a large dining room, wraparound porch and private backyard. Audio/visual hookups are available.
