Paddleboard Yoga

Take your yoga off the mat and into the pool! This class will help improve your balance, core strength and inner awareness. Please wear a modest bathing suit or clothing appropriate for the pool. All participants should be comfortable in deep water.

Empowered Strength

Learn the foundations of a strength training program and experience muscle power, increased metabolism and reduced occurrence of injury. Strength training in a small group setting has benefits, like being with others who are also starting their journey. This course is open to women and those who identify as women.

Powerlifting

Join one of our certified personal trainers for a four-week intensive course on proper form and progression of powerlifting movements including squat, deadlift and bench press. Whether it's your first time performing each lift or prepping for a competition, this small group training will help fine tune your lifting techniques for maximal strength results. All levels welcome, and no experience required.

Kundalini Yoga

This Kundalini yoga training is perfect for anyone who would like to be introduced to or deepen their yoga and meditation practice. Kundalini yoga is a dynamic blend of postures, pranayamic breathing, meditation and the chanting of mantras, which aim to awaken the energy at the base of the spine. Join us for this four-week training to awaken your intuition and feel more connected to your body and your breath.
