Mental Health Resources
Overview
One of the most important lessons we can learn as professionals and adults is to reach out for help when we need it. This is not a sign that we cannot be successful or that we are doing something wrong. Everyone needs help from time to time and it is a sign of strength of character and fortitude to be able to recognize when we need a little help from people who are trained to help us.
