¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ-Boulder's annual Housing Fair will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 20, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the UMC Glenn Miller Ballroom. Hosted by Off-Campus Housing and Neighborhood Relations, the fair offers students a convenient way to view hundreds of local properties. More than 50 local landlords, property managers and real estate agents will be at the fair.

Annual DEPA reporting period begins today

As the new year begins, university personnel are reminded to complete a Disclosure of External Professional Activities (DEPA) in order to meet conflicts of interest disclosure requirements. A 2016 DEPA is required of all faculty and other designated groups. In general, those other groups include all research personnel, staff who support department compliance reporting processes, and students engaged in research (i.e. all personnel responsible for the design, conduct, or reporting of research).

Apply for ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ GOLD’s Core Leadership Program (CLP). ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ GOLD is a student-led group on campus that provides an opportunity for ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ-Boulder students to foster personal development in leadership skills. CLP consists of a leadership retreat Feb. 6-7, weekly seminars devoted to various leadership topics, and a community service project.

Professor Matthias Steup, the Philosophy Department Head at Purdue University, has been selected to serve as chair of the University of Colorado Boulder Philosophy Department starting this fall. Steven Leigh, dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, announced the appointment today after an international search.

Carlos Garcia, executive director of the University Memorial Center, has been named Associate Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. He will begin his new position on March 1.
