CrossFit

CrossFit classes provide a dynamic and functional training experience. By emphasizing weight training, cardio, and elements of gymnastics each class has constantly varied, high-intensity workouts. Some activities will include Olympic weightlifting, the use of cardio machines, and other bodyweight movements like burpees. You will sweat, improve endurance, build strength and join an awesome community on campus.

Classes are available via a pass-style membership at three levels and price points.

The Unlimited pass can be purchased . 
Eight and single class passes must be purchased at the Guest Services desk in The Rec.
