The Spring 2025 ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ Student Government elections are right around the corner! Representative-at-large and Tri-Executive positions are up for election this semester, and running is a great way to get involved on campus! Being a part of ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵSG provides valuable experience and is a great way to make your voice heard.
To run, let the election commission know you're interested by filling out this form:
Once you submit your form, you'll receive an email from the election commission containing all of the information you'll need to know on how to officially become a candidate.
The main commitments involved in running a campaign are:
- Collecting signatures (number of signatures needed varies by desired candidacy) by February 10th
- Attending various events like the Candidates meeting (February 10th), the debate (March 4th) and the Kickoff event (March 10th)
- Campaigning during election season, March 10-March 21st
