Koelbel Building Renovation Updates

Imagine a space that’s bright, open and built from environmentally friendly materials. Natural and inviting, it provides a holistic experience that ignites productivity and ingenuity. It’s what a workspace should be like.

Three reimagined office spaces are coming to Leeds in January 2025—spaces designed to invite, include, and inspire, elevating how students and staff engage with each other.

Because our environment influences everything about how we grow and thrive.

Construction updates and alerts

This is where we’ll post the latest updates, progress reports and need-to-know information.

Throughout construction, the building's south entrance will likely be closed, as will access to the second floor through the atrium (from the first floor). To enter Koelbel, please use the southwest doors or the hallways leading from Rustandy.
