Outreach and Community Groups

Whole-globe projection at the Fiske Planetarium

The Department of Astrophysics and Planetary Science sponsors several public outreach programs serving the Boulder community and the Front Range community. These programs are designed to educate the public about astronomy through planetarium shows, telescope viewing nights, at school visits. We also have groups to support our students and to promote an inclusive community in Astronomy.
