- Academic Futures recommended a comprehensive approach to teaching with technology and reimagining online and distance education as one of four lead projects.
- Interdisciplinary teaching, research and creative work have long been expressed values of the faculty, strong desires of generations of students and exciting challenges to staff.

- Later this month, the university will announce the structure of its Center for Teaching and Learning, which will be a combined resource for all who have a teaching role on campus.
- As ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ Boulder enters into year three of the Academic Futures initiative, our implementation begins in earnest. Campus will experience the integration of our strategic initiatives into Academic Futures’ projects and themes.
- Financial Futures will continue its focus in fall 2019 on supporting and enhancing the mission of ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ Boulder through strategic financial alignment.
- The IDEA plan is currently under final administrative review by senior campus leadership, who will meet this month with the authoring committee to discuss recommendations and their implementation.
