Full closure of the Euclid Autopark: Oct. 10 - Jan. 13
In order to accommodate construction for the new CASE building, the Euclid Autopark is scheduled to close for 14 weeks, from Oct. 10 through Jan. 13.
Campus lawns to be treated with organic fertilizer starting this week
Weather permitting, Facilities Management Outdoor Services staff will be applying an organic dry poultry waste fertilizer to campus lawns between Wednesday, Sept. 21 and Friday, Sept. 30.
2016 Schultz Lecture in Energy featuring Paul Joskow to be held Sept. 22
The University of Colorado School of Law's Getches-Wilkinson Center will hold the 2016 Schultz Lecture in Energy on Thursday, Sept. 22, at 5:30 p.m. in the Wolf Law Building, Wittemyer Courtroom. Paul L. Joskow, president, Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, will give the lecture, which is free and open to the public. Joskow will speak about "Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions from the Electric Power Sector." Registration is required.
New York Times editorialist and author Charles Blow to speak at ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ Boulder
In honor of Bisexual Visibility Day, the Cultural Events Board, Queer and Trans People of Color, and Biphoria have collaborated to bring New York Times editorialist and author of the award-winning memoir, Fire Shut Up in My Bones, to speak. Charles Blow, who came out publicly as bisexual in 2014, will speak on Friday, Sept. 23, at 4 p.m. in Eaton Humanities (HUMN) 1B50.
