The Office of Faculty Affairs is excited to introduce the 2024–25 cohort of theÌýFaculty Leadership InstituteÌý(FLI) fellows. FLI is dedicated to recognizing, nurturing and empowering rising leaders as they progress in their academic leadership journeys. Throughout the academic year, FLI fellows take part in monthly meetings including leadership development workshops and opportunities to engage with academic leaders across campus.

Since its inception in 2013, the Faculty Leadership Institute has identified more than 160 emerging faculty leaders, equipping them with essential skill development, mentorshipÌýand resourcesÌýnecessary to advance their leadership potential.

The FLI faculty fellows particularly look forward to two key highlights from the program: engaging in conversations with senior campus leaders about current challenges and participating in the sustained support network fostered through the cohort. These experiences significantly contribute to their professional and personal development as academic leaders, enriching their journey and building a strong community of future scholars.

FLI not only identifies and empowers emerging leaders but also encourages collaboration among faculty across the ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ Boulder campus. By breaking down barriers and building a sense of community, FLI promotes connectedness across schools, programsÌýand departments.
