Vice Chancellor for Academic Planning and Assessment Katherine Eggert announced today that the internal search for the interim dean and vice provost of undergraduate education is live. Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their applications through the Ƶ Boulder Internal Job Board by Aug. 8.
“We are looking for an interim dean who is highly collaborative and can easily work with leaders and units across campus,” Eggert said. “This person will be a leader in student success initiatives and well aware of the work currently being conducted and sponsored by the Buff Undergraduate Success initiative.”

The interim dean and vice provost of undergraduate education leads the Office of Undergraduate Education, which is charged with examining the entire undergraduate student academic experience, assessing outcomes, identifying gaps, and launching and supporting student success campus initiatives. The interim dean is responsible for all programs and services that advance Ƶ’s mission to provide high-quality, dynamic undergraduate educational programs to shape tomorrow's leaders.
The interim dean will serve in this role for up to two years and will report directly to Eggert. Eggert plans to name the interim dean in early fall.
