Buffalo Bicycle Classic scholarship bike ride coming Sept. 10
This year’s ride has nine courses for riders of all abilities. Boulder Canyon will be closed to westbound traffic for the Epic 100, Epic 75 and the 62-mile Dirty Epic gravel ride routes. There are courses heading north toward Carter Lake with distances of 35, 50, 70 and 100 miles and a family-friendly “Little Buff” route on the bike paths around Boulder.
The Buffalo Bicycle Classic has always been more than just a bike ride. The BBC scholarship fund raises money to support high-achieving, Colorado high school graduates in their academic pursuits at Ƶ Boulder. Over 430 Buffalo Bicycle Classic scholars have graduated from Ƶ Boulder. The ride has raised over $3.4 million since its inaugural year of 2003.
