The SKY Club at Ƶ Boulder continues to offer free guided meditations and flagship Online SKY Happiness Retreat every month. Open to all students, staff and faculty on campus, the retreat providesparticipants preventive self-care habits and routines. Theprograms are led by experts who have undertaken 1,000 hoursof training.Scholarships are available.

The retreat

The SKY retreat offers techniques to eliminate stress, improve vitality and expand awareness. During the retreat, you will learn to live fully in the present moment and get a chance to dive deep into the joy hidden inside you. It is fun, relaxing and a much needed recourse in these testing times.

This retreat is offered in 55 universities across the country, including Stanford, Arizona State, Ohio State and MIT. It is one of the coolest places to connect with yourself, make awesome friends and have fun!
