Watch out! There’s a new superhero in town.

This month,Ìý¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ Wizards presentsÌýÌýfor a lively, entertaining show all about "Power, Grace, Wisdom & Wonder: The Physics of Wonder Woman!"

Thompson is an excellent, fun, energetic and engaging teacher. In addition, she is a physicist, cyclist, scholar and head of Educational Outreach for the American Physical Society. She's responsible for finding interesting and creative ways of teaching physics to young students nationwide. She also writes STEAM concept comic books geared for middle and high school students and develops that are available at no cost to science teachers nationwide.

Advance registration for the show is not necessary, so be sure to stop by.

For over 30 years, ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ Wizards free STEAM shows have welcomed kids of all ages to attend college for a Saturday morning to learn more about the scientific wonders of our world.

Under the direction of ProfessorÌýDavid Nesbitt, these interactive shows are presented are hosted by renowned ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ Boulder professors and provide a perfect start to a fun-filled weekend. ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ Wizards isÌýgeared toward children and young adults, but all are welcome! Each program lasts about an hour and includes several lively demonstration experiments.
