    NVIDIA, the pioneer of GPU-accelerated computing,Ìýand ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ Boulder's Research Computing are pleased to host a two-day training event Wednesday, Jan. 11, and Thursday, Jan. 12, with a focusÌýonÌýhigh-performance computing, deep learning and OpenACC programming.

    Days oneÌýand twoÌýwill consist of hands-on tutorials onÌýOpenACC and deep learning, respectively.ÌýOn the second day,Ìýin lieu of attending the deep learning session, select participants may engage in an OpenACC hackathon.Ìý

      Why attend?Ìý

      NVIDIA GPUs are the world’s fastest and most efficient accelerators. This workshop will teach attendees how to accelerate applications across a diverse set of domains using OpenACC and demonstrate use of GPUs for deep learning.

      Workshops can also be attended remotely via Zoom (with the exception of the optionalÌýhackathon on day two). More information about remote access will be provided later.

      Plus, free coffee, snacks, drinks and lunch will be provided both days.

      Requirements

      • Personal laptop (GPU not required).
      • Beginner-level C and Linux experience (previous GPU programming notÌýrequired).
      • but must be submitted by Wednesday, Jan. 4.
