AcademicLiveCare - new employee benefit

AcademicLiveCare provides free telehealth services, including medical and mental health appointments. This service is free to all Ƶ Boulder students, staff and faculty regardless of your health insurance plan.

“Healthier U at Ƶ” Wellness Fair

When: Wednesday, February 22nd, 2023
Time: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Location: Kittredge Multipurpose Room

Ƶ Boulder staff and faculty are invited to attend the wellness fair on Wednesday, February 22nd to learn more about employee benefits, discounts, and ways to connect with programs and services. Ƶ departments and community vendors will be there to share information about topics such as childcare, housing, savings on utilities, recreational programs and more. There will be hands-on wellness activities and a chance to win prizes!

Skills for mental health support training

Employees are invited to explore a brief (approx. 15 minute) online training introducing the Recognize, Respond, Refer framework to address mental health challenges.

Wellness Wednesdays

Join Ƶ Health & Wellness Services for its newly launched Employee Wellness Wednesday series. Workshops are available for staff and faculty to engage in self-care activities, learn about campus resources, and build community. Themes rotate regularly, allowing participants to come and go as they please. Explore the schedule and register online.
