Through the Academic Leaders Institute (ALI); Excellence in Leadership Program (ELP); and Leadership Education for Advancement and Promotion (LEAP) program, we develop a strategic leadership pipeline on campus by training and cultivating the knowledge, skills, and competencies faculty leaders and academic administrators need to be effective in their roles.
