CMCI faculty to participate in Diversity and Inclusion Summit Dialogues
CMCI center BoulderTalks is hosting a series of “” sessions, which aim to facilitate conversation among the Ƶ community about their views on the recent presidential election and the current political climate. The goal is to foster discussion that can shape the university’s policy towards inclusion and diversity moving forward.
The dialogues will take place from 11 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Thursday in the UMC’s Glenn Miller Ballroom.
Journalism assistant professor Patrick Ferrucci will present on “”. The talk will examine various theories of media sociology to understand how fake news happens and spreads. The talk will also be on Thursday, from 3:30-4:45 p.m. in UMC 247.
