Espelie wins Grand Prize in international new media festival

Erin Espelie, assistant professor of Critical Media Practices, won the $5,000 grand prize at the 15th Seoul International New Media Festival for her film . The film examines the materiality of the digital world, combining approaches of nonfiction narrative essay, abstract visual and sound exploration and the history of black mirrors.
